AILET 2017 admit card finally released

April 22, afternoon update: As notified earlier, the admit cards for AILET 2017 have been released today and candidates can print the admit cards online from the official website. Link is given below.

April 21 update: The university has just released a notice stating that the admit card will now be available from April 22, afternoon.

NLU Delhi is going to release the AILET admit card 2017 today as the law entrance test is scheduled to be held on May 7. The admit card of AILET 2017 will be available soon at the NLU Delhi website nludelhi.ac.in.

National Law University Delhi holds its own entrance exam each year to facilitate the admissions in undergraduate and postgraduate law programs, while other National Law Universities (NLUs) conduct national-level admission test in the name of Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) for admissions in around 1,436 UG and 484 PG seats. This year, 18 NLUs are participating in the CLAT exam. The admit card of CLAT 2017 will also be released today. NLU Delhi has to offer 83 seats in B.A. LL.B (Hons.) Five-year Integrated Program and 40 seats in one-year LL.M program, along with Ph.D course.

The AILET 2017 was notified by the NLU Delhi on January 3 and the application process just wrapped up on April 15. AILET admit card is set to be available from today onward for all the registered candidates. The applicants will be able to access AILET admit card 2017 by using their registration details like email address and password set at the time of filling the application form.

AILET exam will be held in a single shift of 90 minutes from 3 pm to 4.30 pm. As per the exam pattern, AILET 2017 question paper will have 150 questions divided among five sections and each question will carry 1 mark. The sections will be English (35 marks), General Knowledge (35 marks), Legal Aptitude (35 marks), Reasoning (35 marks) and 10 questions under Elementary Mathematics (Numerical Ability) section.

The NLU Delhi will announce the result on May 18 for B.A. LL.B (Hons.) course, on July 1 for LL.M course and on July 15 for Ph.D course. The results will be declared in the form of rank list and all the admissions will be done on the basis of merit only.

AILET 2017 was initially scheduled to be held at 21 cities, however, Jabalpur was later removed due to non-availability of center in the City. Now, AILET will be administered at 20 cities only.
